MAY IN FLORIDA RECIPE COLLECTION

 

TROPICAL CITRUS BREEZE

 

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup fresh orange juice

• 1/2 cup pineapple juice

• 1 splash lime juice

• 1 oz coconut rum (optional)

• Ice

• Mint leaves for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with mint.

FLORIDA MANGO SHRIMP SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 lb. cooked shrimp

• 1 ripe mango, diced

• Mixed greens

• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

• 1 avocado, sliced

• Olive oil & lime dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss lightly before serving.
