
TROPICAL PINEAPPLE CITRUS COOLER
Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
• 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
• Ice cubes
• Pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup.
2. Stir well until sweetener is dissolved.
3. Add sparkling water or club soda just before serving for fizz.
4. Fill glasses with ice, pour the cooler over the ice.
5. Garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves. Serve chilled and enjoy!

FLORIDA CITRUS GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup toasted pecans
Instructions:
1. Mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
2. Marinate chicken breasts for 30 minutes.
3. Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side).
4. Slice chicken thin and toss with greens, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and pecans.
5. Drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette and serve chilled.
